JTA: Customer Feedback Campaign

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) takes pride in providing the best customer service possible. They wanted to create a campaign that shows customers that their opinions matter and the JTA makes every effort to listen and make improvements based on customer feedback through rider experience surveys.
